Return Policy

 

Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days from receipt of the order.

Opened to all line items. Made-To-Order products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition.

You can return any item purchased within 7 days from the receipt of the order by following these instructions:

1. Complete the return form included with your order.
3. Contact UPS to arrange the pick-up or drop it to an UPS point near you.

Products must be returned in their original condition, tags and packaging included. Sale merchandise and Timepieces must be returned within 7 days from receipt of the order. Opened fragrances, fine jewelry, and Made-To-Order products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
